Alexander Polta

Associate Attorney

Alexander Polta is an Associate Attorney with Baker Law Group. Before civil practice, Mr. Polta represented the State of Missouri and the People of Colorado through all stages of criminal prosecutions, with many cases decided at jury trial.

My Philosophy: Dedicated Advocacy

My name is Alexander Polta, and I’m an associate attorney at Baker Law Group. My practice focuses on civil litigation, where I represent clients in a wide range of disputes requiring careful analysis, preparation, and courtroom skill. Before entering civil practice, I served as a prosecutor in both Missouri and Colorado, representing the State through all stages of criminal prosecutions—many of which were decided at jury trial. That experience shaped my understanding of how cases are built, argued, and won.

I bring that same level of preparation and commitment to my civil clients. Litigation can be complex and demanding, but my role is to provide clarity and strategic advocacy from start to finish. Whether through negotiation or trial, I work to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively while protecting my clients’ interests every step of the way.

"Kudos to Baker Law Group for their exceptional handling of my case - highly professional and knowledgeable in their field. Thanks again!"
