When Your Future is on the Line, You Need a Fighter.

Senior Associate Attorney
With over a decade of courtroom experience and a philosophy rooted in protecting the underdog, Ashley provides skilled representation in both criminal defense and family law, guiding clients through some of the most difficult and life-changing challenges they’ll ever face.
My Philosophy: A Defense for Everyone
My name is Ashley White, and I've spent my entire career—first as a public defender and now in private practice—defending the rights of people caught in the criminal justice system. I believe that everyone makes mistakes and that you are better than the worst thing you've ever done.
The system is supposed to presume innocence, but it rarely feels that way. People are prejudged, and their rights can be trampled on. My passion is to stand up for those who need it most, to be their shield and their advocate, and to ensure they receive the powerful defense they deserve.
"In the courtroom, I overheard another attorney ask her, 'How did you manage to get this plea? That's unheard of.' In that moment, I knew we chose right."
— Mary, Mother of a Former Client

Client Stories: From Fear to Relief
"It felt like an angel was sent to save me."
“I was hit with a false accusation that could have turned into a felony, and the weight was crushing me. I felt completely out of my depth. Reaching out to Baker Law, I finally felt like I had someone fighting on my side. Ashley was compassionate, financially flexible, and on the day of court, she was so prepared and confident she was ready to just crush their argument. The judge quickly dismissed the case. All the weight that had built up was finally gone.”

"A best-case scenario we didn't think was possible."
“Our son was in a scary situation, and as parents, we didn’t know what to do. From our first meeting, Ashley put our minds at ease. She was professional, honest, and explained every step of the process. She advocated for our son, and the plea deal she secured was so incredible that other attorneys in the courtroom were shocked. It was a literal best-case scenario and a huge sigh of relief for our entire family.”
