Fighting for Fairness in Every Case

Carl Snider

Senior Associate Attorney

Carl specializes in litigation involving real estate, business, breach of contract, construction defect issues, mechanic’s liens, and related areas at Baker Law Group, LLC. His journey to becoming a skilled attorney began in Wichita, Kansas, where he grew up before attending the University of Dallas, majoring in Economics.

My Philosophy: Leveling the Playing Field

My name is Carl Snider, and for over a decade I’ve dedicated my career to civil litigation—helping individuals stand up against powerful corporations. I focus on construction defect cases, real estate disputes involving non-disclosure, and insurance bad faith claims where carriers wrongfully delay or deny coverage.

I became an attorney because I believe the courtroom is one of the last places where the “small guy” has an equal shot. My mission is to fight for fairness and ensure my clients’ voices are heard. You can expect me to be communicative, straightforward, and honest about your case—while being aggressive with the other side in depositions, discovery, and trial.

"When it comes to Carl Snyder, he's definitely a special cup of tea to me. I've never felt like I was owed or given that level of respect and devotion from somebody. He proved me wrong. He got back a lot of things I was losing along the way, once I even began to doubt myself because things can get real heavy. He's a great individual. I feel like we kind of grew up together, going through this tragic event in my life that I brought on myself. He recaptured a lot of things for me and my family to help us begin to rebuild."

Client Stories: From Fear to Relief

"From an $80,000 demand to a $5000 settlement."

The opposing party was demanding $80,000 in repair for, foundation issue from two years ago. It was very stressful. I didn’t even sleep that night trying to figure out my next steps. I started looking for a lawyer right away. I found Baker’s law. And they had some pretty positive reviews. The first thing when, they contacted me was educate me. And that helped, relieve some of the stress I was experiencing. I really appreciate the pace that Baker law, communicated with me and helped me settle. In less than four weeks was able to get the $80,000 demand down to a $5,000 settlement.

"I have a whole firm behind"

Every single soul in that office is extremely intelligent. And every single soul in that office was always CC’d on an email. That just tells me I don’t have just one set of eyes looking at something that’s complicating my life… I have a whole firm behind me. At that point, it gave me a sense of security. I know I’m not going to be taken advantage of. I know I have a dedicated team of people behind me, which made me feel secure. It made me feel humble.
