Heather Cooper

Chief Operating Officer

Heather Cooper serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Baker Law Group, bringing over 25 years of experience as an attorney, technology CEO, and three-time founder. With a unique blend of legal acumen and business leadership, she has successfully built, scaled, and sold companies, consistently focusing on innovation, operational excellence, and risk mitigation.

Heather's Philosophy: Leadership with Purpose

As a CEO, COO, 3X founder, and legal executive, I’ve spent my career strategically building, growing, and leading companies to success through a dedication to operational excellence from the ground up. I make it a priority to actually listen to the humans on my team, figure out what drives them, and make sure that drive is properly optimized to keep them engaged. If employees are engaged, they are interested in succeeding. Which is a very good thing, for everyone!

I’m known for being a strategic visionary who is also willing to get her hands dirty to achieve the collective goal. Most recently, I guided a multi-million dollar Salesforce ISV SaaS company through a lucrative acquisition at an impressive multiple while driving profitability, product and AI strategy.
