My Philosophy: Precise Advocacy
My name is Max Belovol, and I’m an associate attorney at Baker Law Group. I believe that people should be paid for their labor and be able to go to work without discrimination.
My practice focuses on employment law and commercial litigation, where I represent individuals and businesses in complex disputes. Before joining the firm, I served as a Judicial Law Clerk in Cook County’s Commercial Calendar Section and as a criminal prosecutor at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.
Those experiences taught me that effective advocacy requires both preparation and presence. I believe in presenting every case with clarity, precision, and purpose—whether I’m defending a client’s interests in negotiation or arguing before a judge. I bring the same professionalism and persistence to every matter I handle, ensuring my clients’ voices are heard and their rights are protected.
"I worked with Max Belovol on a dispute with my landlord, and I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Max was knowledgeable on contract law, reliable, and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. Max explained everything clearly, and my landlord dropped the dispute."
