Michael Spencer is an intake attorney at Baker Law Group, focusing on Family Law, Business, and Real Estate matters. Michael is a Michigan native with deep family ties to the military. As an “Air Force Brat,” he spent part of his childhood near bases in Florida, Texas, and California. His family later operated a farm in rural Arkansas before returning to Michigan, where they owned and ran family businesses. Active in both school and his community, Michael played varsity sports, volunteered, and spent three months in Haiti as a missionary. His diverse upbringing instilled in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to service.

My name is Michael Spencer, and I’m an intake attorney at Baker Law Group. I focus my work on helping clients across many practice areas, including family law, business, and real estate matters. Throughout my career, I’ve also advised small businesses and nonprofits, assisted with contract review, and guided clients through complex legal decisions.

. My background as an Air Force veteran and my family’s roots in farming and entrepreneurship taught me the value of discipline, service, and hard work. As an intake attorney, I enjoy connecting with people, understanding their situations, and helping them find a clear path forward. Clients can expect honesty, transparency, and practical advice. I take pride in giving every client a fair and accurate assessment—never what they want to hear, but what they need to make informed, confident decisions.
