When Your Future is on the Line, You Need a Fighter.

Sophia Faiella

Associate Attorney

Sophia Faiella is an associate attorney at Baker Law Group, where she focuses her practice on civil litigation and criminal defense. She brings a strong courtroom presence and a commitment to client advocacy in both complex civil disputes and criminal matters.

My Philosophy: Advocacy for the Individual

My name is Sophia Faiella, and I’m an associate attorney at Baker Law Group. I focus my practice on both criminal defense and civil litigation including clients whose civil cases stem from related criminal matters, such as protection orders or intentional torts.

I became an attorney because I wanted to help people who don’t have the power or resources to fight for themselves. When someone is charged with a crime, it’s an individual against the full weight of the government, and they deserve a strong advocate in their corner. I bring clear communication, honest case assessments, and zealous advocacy to every matter I handle.

"I will like to thank Baker Law Firm for helping me with my case and a special thanks to Sophia for representing me and helping every step of the way"

Facing criminal charges or civil disputes can feel intimidating, especially when you’re up against complex systems and powerful institutions. My goal is to bring clarity, confidence, and strong advocacy to every client I represent. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

1 Understanding Your Case

I take time to walk you through every stage of your case—from the first appearance to resolution—so you understand what’s happening and what to expect. Whether it’s a criminal matter or a related civil dispute, I make sure you have the information you need to make informed decisions.
