Jennifer Schwab is a senior associate attorney at Baker Law Group, specializing in Estate Planning, Probate, Business Law, Real Estate, Cannabis Law, and Psilocybin Law. Her legal career began as a law clerk for the Honorable Todd Vriesman in Jefferson County District Court, where her interest in civil and probate law was ignited. Over the years, Jen has built a diverse legal practice, excelling in multiple areas through roles in small firms, corporate in-house counsel, and as the owner of her own firm. Her extensive experience allows her to provide insightful, strategic counsel across a broad range of legal issues.
Jen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before receiving her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She has held several notable positions throughout her career, including:

Brian Petz is a senior associate at Baker Law Group and a 2025 Rising Star for Super Lawyers – an honor given to only 3% of lawyers in the state of Colorado. His practice focuses on Business Law, Probate & Estate Planning, and Real Estate Law. Mr. Petz has represented an array of clients in estate planning, including those with small, moderate, and large estates and those with traditional and blended families. He has assisted clients in the administration of multimillion-dollar trusts and estates. He has litigated probate issues concerning, among other things, fiduciary appointment and removal, surcharge, common-law marriage, and heirship.
Mr. Petz earned his B.S. from Florida State University and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School. Mr. Petz joined Baker Law Group as an associate attorney in 2015 and has since achieved notable accomplishments in his practice, such as:
