Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Baker Law Group, PLLC website located at jbakerlawgroup.com (the "Site"), including purchases made through our online store. By accessing or using this Site, or by completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site. Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal information across the site.

No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship; Non-Representation Policy

Content on this Site, including blog posts, practice area pages, and any other written or visual material, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Reading this Site, submitting a contact form, or purchasing a document product through our online store does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Baker Law Group, PLLC or any of our attorneys. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after Baker Law Group, PLLC has expressly agreed in writing to represent you through a separate, signed engagement agreement executed by the firm. Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product, document, template, or other material offered on or through this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship, does not constitute legal advice, and does not include any legal review, customization, updating, monitoring, or representation of any kind, unless and until such a separate written engagement agreement is signed by the firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by submitting a contact form, completing a purchase, communicating with the firm, or otherwise using any Site material.

You should not act or refrain from acting based on information found on this Site, or on any document purchased through our online store, without first seeking advice from a licensed attorney regarding your specific facts and circumstances. Because Baker Law Group, PLLC does not review your specific facts, circumstances, or objectives when you obtain a product, you use all products and Site materials solely at your own risk.

All products offered by Baker Law Group, PLLC, including residential leases, commercial leases, retail leases and other legal documents, forms, and templates, are self-help legal document templates sold for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney, are not tailored to your individual situation, and do not reflect any review by the firm of your specific facts, circumstances, assets, family, property, or goals. The firm does not draft, revise, customize, update, or provide legal advice regarding any product for your particular situation unless you separately retain the firm under a written engagement agreement signed by the firm.

No attorney-client relationship, and no obligation on the part of Baker Law Group, PLLC to provide legal advice, representation, review, customization, updating, or any other legal service, is created by your contact with the firm through this Site, by your purchase, download, access, or use of any product, or by your submission of information through any contact form, chat feature, email, or checkout process. Any such relationship arises only upon execution of a separate written engagement agreement signed by the firm.

Confidential Information

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through this Site's contact forms, chat features, or email links until an attorney-client relationship has been established. Baker Law Group, PLLC cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information submitted before a formal engagement, and submitting such information does not obligate the firm to represent you.

Site Content and Intellectual Property

You may view and print pages from this Site for personal, non-commercial use. Online Store Purchases

Baker Law Group, PLLC operates an online store on this Site offering residential lease packages and other digital legal document products. The following terms apply specifically to purchases made through the online store, in addition to the general terms above.

About Our Products

Baker Law Group, PLLC sells attorney-drafted legal document packages, including residential lease packages, delivered electronically. Each package is written for a specific state, and product descriptions on the store page identify what each package includes.

Who May Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Selecting the Correct State Package

You are responsible for selecting the package that matches the state where your rental property is located. Landlord-tenant law varies by state, and a package written for one state may not comply with the law of another.

License to Use the Documents

When you purchase a package, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the documents for your own rental property or property management activities. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the documents with third parties, or use them to provide document-preparation services to others. All documents, templates, and content sold through our store remain the property of Baker Law Group, PLLC and are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a license to use the documents as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying content.

Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are processed securely through our payment provider at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, though the price you pay at checkout will not change after your order is placed.

Delivery

Packages are delivered electronically, typically within one business day of purchase, to the email address provided at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds for store purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

No Warranty

This Site, its content, and any documents purchased through our online store are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Baker Law Group, PLLC does not warrant that the information on this Site is accurate, complete, or current, and does not warrant that any purchased package will meet your specific needs or that its use will produce any particular outcome. The law, its interpretation, and applicable agency guidance change frequently, and while we make reasonable efforts to keep content up to date, we cannot and do not guarantee that any page, document, or product reflects the most recent developments in the law or is accurate, complete, current, valid, enforceable, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

Product-Specific Disclaimers and Waivers. All products offered by Baker Law Group, PLLC, including but not limited to residential lease packages, wills, and other estate-planning, real-estate, and business document products, are self-help legal document templates sold on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or completeness. Purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product or Site material does not create an attorney-client relationship, does not constitute legal advice, and does not include any legal review, drafting, customization, updating, interpretation, or representation for your specific situation unless a separate written engagement agreement is signed by the firm.

Changes in Law and Circumstances. Laws, regulations, court decisions, administrative and agency guidance, filing and execution requirements, and the facts of your particular circumstances change over time and vary by jurisdiction. Any such change—or any difference in law, facts, jurisdiction, court interpretation, agency guidance, or individual circumstances—may cause all or part of any document, will, lease, or other product to become unenforceable, invalid, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable for your needs. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your situation and for having it reviewed by a licensed attorney in the applicable jurisdiction, including the State of Colorado where relevant, before you rely on or use it.

No Monitoring or Updating; No Representation. Baker Law Group, PLLC disclaims any responsibility or obligation to monitor, maintain, correct, supplement, or update any product or Site material after purchase, and assumes no duty to notify you of any change in the law or of any defect, gap, or omission, unless expressly agreed in writing through a separate signed engagement agreement. No customization, legal review, revision, or representation of any kind is included with the purchase of any product, and no such services will be provided absent a separate written engagement agreement signed by the firm.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baker Law Group, PLLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site, including any errors or omissions in its content. For any claim arising from a purchase through our online store, Baker Law Group, PLLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of this Site or a purchase made through it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. For website use generally, your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For a completed purchase, the version posted at the time of your purchase governs that order.
