Justin is an Associate Attorney with Baker Law Group, PLLC, focusing on probate, trust administration, trust litigation, and estate planning. He has defended trustees and personal representatives in trust and estate litigation in both state and federal court. A graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, Justin served as Manuscript Editor for the Natural Resources Journal and externed with a state appellate court judge and a federal district court judge. Before law school, he spent two and a half years in client intake at a plaintiff’s law firm, and he brings five years of leadership and management experience to his practice.
My Philosophy: Clear Guidance When Your Family Needs It Most
Estate planning, probate, and trust matters are rarely just legal problems. They involve families, legacies, and often a loss. I believe clients deserve an attorney who listens first, explains things plainly, and stays steady when things get complicated. My years in client intake taught me how much it matters to feel heard from the start. My time working with judges showed me how courts actually think through these cases. I bring both to every matter, whether I’m helping a family plan ahead, settling an estate, or defending a trustee or personal representative whose decisions are being challenged.
