My name is Kalei Bjorklund, and I’m an associate attorney at Baker Law Group, PLLC. I’ve been licensed in Colorado for three years, and I built my practice around family law because I believe people going through some of the hardest moments of their lives deserve a lawyer who is both a fierce advocate and a steady, detail-oriented guide.
I represent clients in dissolutions of marriage, with and without children, as well as common law marriage dissolutions, legal separations, and the allocation of parental responsibilities. I also handle modifications to child support, parenting time, decision-making, and spousal maintenance, name changes, along with civil protection orders, no-contact orders, dependency and neglect matters, and adoptions. Whether I’m in the courtroom, at the negotiating table, or working through case strategy and pleadings behind the scenes, I fight for outcomes that protect my clients and their families.
Kalei secured 50/50 parenting time for a client through stipulation after that client started with zero parenting time, protecting them from a co-parent leaving with and withholding their child.

Kalei earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Human Resources, and a Minor in Political Science, from Colorado State University.
Outside the Office
Outside of the office, Kalei enjoys reading, traveling, going to concerts (especially Taylor Swift and Harry Styles), collecting vinyl, trying new restaurants, working out, and relaxing with her cat and boyfriend.
