Evan has been a practicing attorney for over fifteen years. During that time, he has worked in a variety of environments and litigated many types of cases, giving him a broad understanding of the demands of the field and familiarity with different areas of law.
Most recently, Evan worked as the Division Director for the Consumer Protection Bureau at the New Mexico Department of Justice. Before that, he worked for the City of Albuquerque and New Mexico Legal Aid. Prior to moving to New Mexico in 2021, Evan lived and practiced in Texas. There, he worked in a variety of fields including legal aid, personal injury, and employment law.
My Philosophy
No matter the legal issue, I believe effective representation begins with understanding each client’s unique circumstances and goals. With more than fifteen years of experience practicing law across a variety of legal fields and environments, I bring a broad perspective and a practical understanding of the challenges clients face.
