Abby is a dedicated litgatior with experience across all stages of litigation, and approaches complex legal and factual challenges with confidence and diligence. She began he legal career with the Colorado State Public Defender, where she developed strong courtroom advocacy and trial presentation skills. She's subsequently transitioned to employment law, where she represents clients in a wide range of matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and unpaid wage claims.

Outside the Office
Outside the office, I spend as much time as possible outdoors. I particularly enjoy hiking, walking or camping with my fiancé and our two dogs, and I am in the process of trying to climb every 14er in Colorado. I am also an enthusiastic gardener (though not always a successful one), and I grow a variety of vegetables and flowers every summer. When indoors, I’m usually either reading or enjoying some kind of live music. I enjoy both fiction and non-fiction of all kinds, and while bluegrass is my favorite genre of music, I can be persuaded to see just about any artist perform live.
